LH NULL — Privacy Policy

LH NULL is a modular music creation app for iPad. This policy explains how LH NULL handles information when you use the app and its optional connections to other devices and software.

1. Information Collection

LH NULL does not require a user account. The developer does not use LH NULL to collect personal information for advertising, analytics, or tracking, and does not operate a cloud service that receives users' music projects.

2. Local Projects and Preferences

Your projects, patches, imported audio, and app preferences are managed on your device or in locations you choose when importing or exporting files. You can manage or delete your saved work using the app's file-management features and applicable iPadOS file-management tools. Files you export or share are controlled by their destination.

3. Camera, Motion, and Controllers

When you choose to use the camera, device-motion sensors, MIDI, or a game controller, LH NULL uses the resulting information to provide sound creation and control features. LH NULL does not send these inputs to developer-operated analytics or advertising services. When you deliberately connect an external destination, control information may be sent to that destination as described below.

4. Local Network, MIDI, and OSC

LH NULL may communicate with devices and software that you choose to connect to using local-network features, MIDI, or OSC. Information sent to a receiving device or application is handled by that destination. LH NULL does not control how independently operated external applications or services process information you choose to send them.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

LH NULL does not maintain a developer-operated database of user accounts, creative projects, or interaction histories. Locally stored content can be managed through the app and the iPadOS file-management tools, where applicable. Content you have exported to another application, device, or storage location must be managed there.

6. Updates

If LH NULL's features or data-handling practices change, this policy will be updated. The current version will be available at this URL.
