The work places a set of cold, repeatable geometric units within a system shaped by real-time computation, sound, and spatial constraints.

01

A World in Formation

Each structure exists only as a temporary state of stability, always carrying the possibility of destabilization and reorganization.

Through continuous computation, these standardized, almost industrial units gradually develop branching, curling, proliferating, and decaying characteristics that suggest forms of life. The precision of fabrication coexists with the uncertainty of growth, forming a world that remains continuously in the process of becoming.

02

Real-Time System

Both sound and image are generated in real time. The audio system is built around a custom-developed granular DSP engine, while the visual system uses OpenGL and GLSL to generate three-dimensional structures and motion in real time.

In its current version, the work is performed primarily with a MIDI controller, with real-time mappings used for triggering and modulation.

03

Temporal Structure

The work unfolds through a sequence of states in which structure repeatedly emerges, breaks apart, recombines and is released.

  1. Emergence
  2. Disassembly
  3. Recombination
  4. Proliferation
  5. Structural Recomposition
  6. Release
